WELCOME WORDS

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to join us for the XII International Symposium on Environmental Engineering – SIDISA2024”.

SIDISA is a significant event for researchers and professionals that covers the entire panorama of Environmental Engineering. The topics deal with water, air, soil, and waste. Special emphasis will be given to advanced treatment and management issues, while addressing the needs of sustainable development, circular economy, and climate change mitigation.

The Symposium will provide a forum for sharing ideas, scientific results, and practical experiences. Discussion will range from the frontiers of research to the design and management of treatment plants, rehabilitation interventions and “City of the Future” concepts.

The Symposium will have the ambition of promoting connections and collaborations between the world of research, the professional and industrial sectors dealing with environmental prevention and recovery.

Parallel technical sessions will be scheduled to allow industrial practitioners and researchers addressing priority environmental issues.

The Symposium will offer new networking and business opportunities between participants, exhibitors, and sponsors. The scientific program will be accompanied by a poster session which will provide a lively forum for discussion.

We cordially invite you to join us for this conference and look forward to enjoy an inspiring event.
